Hi, I wonder if anyone can help me - I live in England and am trying to locate items recommended in the "Breaking the Vicious Cycle" book. I have boring old Crohns disease myself, so does my mother..... and now my daughter is complaining daily of stomach pains, etc. etc.

I've trawled the net for hours and can find tons of info on buying stuff like Dry curd cottage cheese and almond flour in the USA, but virtually zero mentions of the UK. Hasn't anyone else with Crohns or other bowel nasties heard of this diet yet? It HAS to be worth a try.
