wow I found something thanks to all the great people in here. Soy Flour!!!! Now I can have roast chicken w/gravy. Now are there any subs for spagetti, mashed potatoes??? Ive been on induction Atkins for 12 days now and dont feel much different. I think I lost about 6-8 LBS but am not totally sure, dont have a scale. Im going to buy one tomorrow. I know i wasnt getting enough water because its boring so I switched to sparkling 3 days ago and drink much more now. Now to use those gym memberships. I think Ill try to tough out induction for 1-2 more weeks ( is that ok?)
