Question Montignac vs. Sugar Busters

....????....
I am listening!
You were hoping to find the answer? Well, join the club...

cheeky..aren't I? sorry. I like teasing.

Seriously, I see here two plans that do sound sensible, they say to sugar, look at the Glycemic Index of foods.. where are the differences?
Do we have 2 groups of people who thought about the same thing but presented it differently?...

Anyone....

I have one: chocolate (70% cocoa) with Montignac.....

Somersizing is also pretty close to Montignac. I hear that Montignac is very popular in Amsterdam, and in France - he bases it on the French way of eating. Maybe you will have some luck finding Montignac products there. I keep meaning to make a trip across the bridge and look for some in Quebec (he sells quite a few products there apparantely)
