Creatine
Read the other 10 posts about it and none of them dealt with this.
Many articles I read said that out of the 5 grams of creatine to take (none could agree on when to take it) only 2-3 grams are actually mixed the water and the creatine solid (grams left over) in the glass are the ones that are the problem with cramps.
So if you mixed 2 grams in one cup, 2 in another, and 1 in another would it help you get all the creatine you can out of those 5 grams?
And if this is possible, are there any benefits to taking Creatine half-now and half later?
