I bought a loaf of whole wheat low carb bread, but I haven't tried it. I stuffed it in the freezer.

I havent tried lc white bread, yet...I am finding that when I do purchase lc breads, that I have to freeze the loaf in individual packages, for ease of pulling out just what I need, or they get moldy, and oftentimes FAST. For instance I just purchased some lc pumpernickle bagels, had one, my hubby had one, and I left one out for me to have this week, the rest I froze in single serving zip lock baggies. Went to have the bagel this morning, and it was all moldy.

Do others find their lc baked goods mold faster?

Oh.. I have tried the mission WHITE tortillas, they are ok.. but honestly, I DO prefer the wheat ones!

don't know if you would consider it white or not, but i eat the Net 5 bread. it is considerably cheaper then the other brands and they carry it at my local grocery stores.

I've tried 3 different brands of lc bread and like the Dempster's the best, although it is the highest in carbs at 6/slice. Although the Atkins bread was only 3/slice, it wasn't a normal size loaf and it's very dense, not like "normal" bread at all.
Anyway, I've been able to keep the Dempster's in the fridge for up to 3 weeks before it goes bad.
