Default a feeling of hunger????

Hi all,

I have been low-carbing for a few months now. Monday I started induction phase again because I overdid it on the weekend. Well, I keep waking up this week with a hunger in my stomach that is so bad! I am eating alot during the day and have supper. I never experienced this before and wondered why I am feeling so hungry in the morning. Even though I am eating enough throughout the day I was wondering if I need to add more calories or carbs. According to fitday, (at least on days when I check) I am eating 10 times my weight in calories and keeping it under 20 carbs. I have already lost the 3 pounds that I had gained back. I did that by Wed. and I haven't re-weighed yet, but I feel like it may be even more. I am not sure if the induction just really jump-started things for me or what. Any clue?

Have you been working out? If yes, it's probably muscle. Muscle will use the protein you're eating when rebuilding itself; it isnt used as fuel. It's quite possible you need to eat more. Follow the rule; if you're hungry EAT! Be sure you're getting enough fat and spacing your meals out throughout the day. And of course, keep the water intake up there!

Default Thanks Nat

Thanks

I have been excercizing more, that could be it!! I am watching my water but I maybe need to add a little more food. I feel like I am eating enough with each meal, but maybe I can add a little snack toward the end of the day.
