Tastes great. Works great for things that Bisquick does well. It is not a substitute for flour. I have made biscuits and it was really good. I tried making yeast rolls and they tasted like biscuits.

It's great stuff, really. There are lots of conversations about it in the recipes and low-carb products sections of this site.

Excellent and truly amazing. I buy about 4 #3 boxes at a time so I don't run out. I've made biscuits, pancakes, bowl muffins, cakes which I used in my Christmas Trifle, waffles and probably a few other things.

I'd like to try cookies some time.

it is spelled Carbquik (not carquick) and there are many other threads on this product already, so you may wish to do a "search" on this site, for former feedback.

Good Luck

I buy from netrition.com because they have a flat $4.95 shipping rate. I believe that they also sell through Kroegers, but we sadly do not have one around where I live. Others have said they have found it at Sam's club. HTH

Based on all the good comments I've read here, and on other threads about Carbquik, I ordered 2 boxes from Netrition.....they just arrived this afternoon and I can't wait to try it!
