Question Almost through induction

Hi everybody. I just hit day 13 of my induction. Went from 213 to 200 in first week, I gues most of it was just water but since day 7 I am hovering between 199-200. I am aftaid to finish induction regime before starting loosing steadilly. I should point out that I do drink alot of coffe. Carbwise I am always below 20. Ketostix show small or moderate status all the time. What is your suggestion?

Hi Kosinar

What a great loss to start with You can stay on induction for a longer time if you want to. Lots of people do just that, its all up to you.

Default Hi, Kosinar...

that is a great start! Don't get dismayed at your body. Mine does the same thing. After the initial whoosh, it takes a few days and then steadily goes down about 2 pounds a week. Try not to weigh yourself every day. Just know you are eating the right way and trust in that and pick when you weigh yourself. Also, don't forget to measure! I have had weeks where I lost nothing weight wise, but lost a whole inch in a week off my waist!
