Default Does it matter which book?

Hi,

I just picked up the "Dr. Atkins NEW diet Revolution book which is dated 1992. Does it matter which book I use and are the newer versions much different? I got it at the library and will probably actually purchase the new one at a later date. But for now, my question is does it matter which version?

Thanks
Kris

If it's Dr. Atkins New Diet Revolution it should be fine (as far as I know anyway.)

Hi Kris,

If you have the choice, you should get the most recent edition. Dr A made significant updates in the 2002 edition, so I think to give yourself the best possible chance, it's best to get the most up to date information.

I agree with Rosebud... spend $5.99 and get the latest version; there's tons of new information that is not in older books, such as the net carbs concept, more emphasis on exercise, and better rebutal to the many arguments against Atkins.
