Question Help with protein shake

Hi everybody,

I would like to buy a protein shake to have for those meal times when I just dont feel like doing anything... like breakfast.

Anyway, there are few out there and since buying an isolated soy protein for baking that I hate the taste of, I really dont want to spend the money to find out which one is the best tasting one.

HELP! Which one do you like?

Thanks

Dont know that i can be of much help cos i like the taste of the soy based powders. That earthy sorta flavour seems all wholesome to me
I have had a whey one and the taste is much milder. i cant remember what one it was sorry cos I went back to the earthy (cheaper) soy, but as it seems to be more mild maybe any whey powder will suit you better.
Id ask at your health/sports shop if i was you.
Sorry i couldnt be of more help.

Default Protein Shakes

I have tried a few and agree that they are pretty disappointing. The only one I have tried and LOVED is MRM Low Carb Shake. It doesn't have that "strange" taste the others do.

It is $69.95 for a HUGE container.

Comes in Chocolate, French Vanilla, Strawberry Banana

Each serve contains only 3g of carbs and 20g of high-quality protein.

I am sure some health food stores stock it, but am unsure which. I buy it through http://www.sizematters.com.au You will find it under the "Low Carb" link.

In my opinion it is really yummy, and well worth the price. The StrawberryBananna is my favourite.

Thank you Bloom and Sweetie!

I will probably talk to the girl in my health shop and see what she says.

I read that everybody loves the Keto shakes, but I havent seen them anywhere.

Any ideas
