Default Fell off plan, now what?

Fell off plan over the weekend, it was minor but still, I was off, and have not seen anything but mild ketosis on my strips since.

Any help how to get back into moderate to heavy quicker?

This happend Saturday and still after 2 days, I'm still very slightly pink.

Hi bomen,

Just get back on plan...you can up your fat intake while lowering your protein and carbs a bit, and/or lower calories, and/or exercise. That will get you into deeper ketosis quicker, even though a lot of people still lose weight while showing trace ketones. As long as you get back on plan, and havent knocked yourself out of ketosis youre doing fine.

Good job gettin back on track.

Much love, laughter, success
BB.

Drink plenty of water and simply get back on your routine. I wouldn't recomend trying to lower calories or changing anything, just GET BACK on the program
