Question bourbon chicken

Hello I just came from the mall,I couldnt resist bourbon chicken,I had it on top of steamed cabbage greens,I checked my ketostix (its about 1 hour now),and it is still pink,but do you think that it will throw me out of ketosis,this is my first week of induction,and I have been following it exactly,by the way,this is my second time around !! Thank you for any info!!

Hmmmm.... I don't think it's cause to sound the alarm but I wouldn't make it a habit. It always tastes really sweet to me (yummy, but too sweet).

I checked my ketostix (its about 1 hour now),and it is still pink,

Just FYI, it usually takes me about 24-48 hours to see changes on my ketostix. Patience is a virture on this WOL.

Hi willdothis, I had bourbon chicken at a restaurant once and it did throw me out of ketosis for a day or two but nothing too serious. During induction, try to stick to foods that are not too sweet. They will make you crave sugar and carbs. I have been struggling on weekends for the last few weeks and I truly believe it is because of the small cheats I have had. They make me want more. I am truly a carb & sugar addict
