Wink This to shall pass !

And it did. Since Jan. 28th I have been anywhere from 148.5 to 153...what a ride. This morning it plunged to 147 ! Yea !!!!!!!!!!!! I've kept my eye on the long-term prize of good health and now the weight is finally dropping. Patience is something I'm getting a lot of practice at! I can actually visualize my goal of 120 now! I did start taking 1500 mg of L-carnitine a day, 2 weeks ago. Looks like it's helping !
Happy Saturday to all !
Pati

I hear what you are saying; I too am sometimes afraid to claim weight as officially lost because my weight can fluctuate within 5 lbs on any given day. But once you see a new "low," as you have, you know you've made progress! Great work!
