These celebs all make me so mad! If I had a personal trainer, a personal dietician, a personal chef, etc etc etc AND had people to take care of my hair, my clothes and my house, I probably wouldn't need Atkins either. Sheesh! Like their lives are comparable to the average person's???

I think it is funny that with her having personal trainers and chefs and all that doing everything for her, she could very well be doing Atkins and not even realise that might be what her "menu" is called....lol

Just wait and see what eating plan she follows when she's 40 and her metabolism changes. LOL She should be forbidden from ever buying a LC product the rest of her life.

Shakira, Halle Berry and The Rock follow the Atkins Diet, they look great and are nice enough as to share their "secret" with us.

too bad someone that beautiful is such a massive tool. she seems to have an overinflated view of how much we care about what she eats.

I'm with Woolina, she is likely doing a Low Carb diet that she is not even aware of- Oh, to be so far from the reality of fixing one's own food! And after 40, when her metabolism changes, she will be beating down the low carb door begging to get in........ Was she associated with WW? Beachmum might be on to something too- but as a former WW lifetime member, I can understand why KZJ would forsake WW for Atkins!~ No headaches, real food!

Just watch the news - she'll probably bring out her own weight loss plan soon. I feel a book/tape in the air...

I'm originally from Wales like Catherine Zeta Jones and when she first got well known in the U.K she was really down to earth and sweet! A few years in the hollywood limelight and she's turned into a major _itch. I can't believe how full of herself she is. Did you see that movie she did with John Cusack? I think it was called America's Sweetheart. Seems like she forgot to leave the character behind and just carried on playing the part!

I agree with Zeta-Jones actually, and if the media did just make it up or exaggerate (rather then genuine mis-information) I hope she bloody wins.

Atkins may be for all of us but we can't deny that
1. It has a bad wrap in the media; and
2. celebrities make a lot of money through health/weight endorsements...

I mean if it is out there that she is on atkins, is the low-fat cookie company going to approach her? No. Now we may think low fat products are evil, but she has still sufferred a loss.
