Smile I'm new here, currently on modified BFL, looking for a change food-wise

Hi!
I'm Gwyneth, 24 years old, living in the Netherlands, currently in week 8 of my 2nd Body for Life challenge.
I'm addicted for life to the weight lifting, I've never felt this great in my life.

I'm very impressed by the quality of the information around here, so I'll be reading lots of it this week and then decide whether I'll start a CDK phase.

Hi Gwyneth, Welcome. You are right about weightlifting being addicting.

I just started the CKD last week and so far it has been great. I noticed a big improvement in strength during my Monday workout.

I hope it works for you.

Thanks for the welcome. I think the weekend carb-ups work like a charm for Monday's workout! I bet that gets some major muscle growth started.
I've read more successtories yesterday on another board, so my enthousiasm is growing!
