Hello

I eat the SF Jello with regular Reddi Whip and I have lost a lot.

But each body is different. Induction doesn't say we can and it does contain nutrasweet. I only eat 1 container in a day as a treat.

MY LC friends all eat it with Kool Whip which I don't use as it contains corn syrup, a

Good luck

Default SF Jello

I was wondering about the jello thing myself. I had a great first week on induction except that towards the end of the week the ketosis taste in my mouth was pretty unpleasant. So I decided to try having sf jello with plain heavy cream (no sweetner). It was great, but I noticed that I kept wanting more. And I ate 4 cups in the last 2 days. And, though I dropped 4 lbs the first week, my weight crept up a pound and hasn't moved since last Saturday! Is it due to the jello? Help!

I eat s/f jello with Reddi-Whip all the time. I ate it during Induction to sooth my sweet tooth. I've lost 130 lbs in 15 months.

So, I've always wondered this and never asked: People eat sweetened Reddiwhip? Or is there an unsweetened variety? I realize it's in small portions, but I've always been wary about bringing a sugary can of whipped cream in the house... what if I just decided to shoot it all into my mouth?!

Anybody have an answer?
