The amount of your weight loss is actually right on target. During induction, most people can expect to lose 10% of the total amount they want to lose. So in your case, you want to lose 38 lbs, so that would be 10% of 38 which is 3.8 lbs during the first 2 weeks. So, you're actually ahead of the game.
That being said, some things you might want to think about. Artificial sweeteners can have a "stall" effect on some people. (Note that a true stall is 4 weeks without weight or inches lost.) So you might want to reduce and/or eliminate the Atkin's bars and the soda. Also, Atkins says to limit your cheese and cream intake during induction. I'm not sure what amounts are that you're having of that. Watch out for sodium amounts in things like bacon, sausage, and pork rinds. Too much sodium and you will retain water.
Peanut Butter is not allowed during induction. When you get to the point when you can have peanut butter, be sure to check the labels, as they are not all created equal.
You're doing great! Overall, you're food looks good and you're on the right track. Take measurements and use those more than the weight on the scale. It's a much better measure of how you're doing. Check out this great picture of muscle vs. fat .
Good luck!
