I had to laugh. January 6 my husband, who is NOT a candidate for heart surgery, saw our doctor for his physical. He told her we were going on the Atkins Diet Plan. She gave it a thumbs up!
Today he had to see her young P.A. on another matter and when he mentioned to the PA that we were on it, my husband was told it "was only for people for right before heart surgery".
In the first place I KNOW that is incorrect but secondly if you needed heart surgery and went on this, you wouldn't need it anymore!"
This guy has A LOT to learn!!!!
He said we shouldn't stay on it very long.......
