Fitday Question
For anyone using Fitday to keep track of carb and fiber intake--do you use the totals listed for nutrients or do you keep running totals separately? It appears that Fitday does cumulative totals, meaning 2 items that have 1.4 grams of fiber would show as 1 each but 3 on the total. Im wondering if Im subtracting too much fiber at the end of the day? My weight loss has really slowed down and Im second guessing everything to try and figure out why...
