Default Exercise Equipment Recommendations anyone?

I currently have a Recumbent Stationary bike that I use about 6 days a week and I love it.. I am more in shape than ever before and find using stairs and walking to be much easier now... However I would like to change up the routine by adding another machine.. I like to work out at home and see so many different kinds of at home machines....

I was wondering what everyone else uses and would recommmend... I would like to start toning my muscles now that I have increase my endurance.... and especially my abs and arms...

I would appreciate any feed back!!!!!!!

Personally, I go to the gym and use the equipment there but there are a lot of good machines out there. I've heard good things about the Bowflex if you are looking to use weights. Or you could just buy some dumbbells, or thera-bands, or even an exercise ball. Here is a link to some info on the bands and balls: Ball and Band Workout

Hope this info helps!
