Question increasing fat grams

I also need to increase my fat because i am eating the same % fat as i am protein. so my question is how do i add fat without adding protein.

for example if i add more almonds, i add more protein
if i add more cheese, i add more protein.

i need to lower my protein and increase my fat.

HELP!!
