hey!
i'm giving a going-away/birthday party for my boyfriend on friday. (going away. wah. ) anyway, some of our friends are low-carbing too, and i'd like to make some legal desserts in addition to the sugar bombs. i usually try and stay away from even low carb desserts (what, with me being a sugar freak and all) but this is a special occassion and i'm prepared to deal with the consequences. so here i go, looking for receipes....

it's not that there is a LACK of low-carb dessert recepies, it's that there are way too many! it's kind of overwhelming and there seem to be about 10 different receipes for each dessert (cheesecake, choc mousse, etc.)

can you guys tell me what reciepes you've had the best luck with? i'm looking for a mousse or pudding, a cheesecake, and some kind of cookie-like item. i'd really appreciate your help!
