Default opinions on week 3

Week to has come to an end. I'm down 3.5 lbs only, but that's ok. I ate a few bars here and there, more cream than I should have, and probably not enough water. What do you guys suggest I do? Start again with a 2 week induction? Or go on to owl but keep the carbs low?

I say don't start over with induction.....I started doing that and got extremely bored after a month or two of induction and went off completely. I would stay away from the bars as alot of folks say they cause stalls and cravings. I say think AWOL a way of life and start now....incorporate exercise and you can have more rewards down the line.

so what would you start with adding? I mean..if I still want to stay at about 20g a day, nuts?
