Default How do you increase.

your fat intake without increasing your protein? I seem to be getting too much protein and not enough fat. What else can I add? (Please don't say pork rinds......I can't get them down!)
Here's a sample:

B: 2 fried eggs (in butter) & 2 sausage links
coffee w/ half & half

S: Handful of mixed nuts (peanuts, almonds, hazel nuts & seeds)

L: 1 can tuna w/ 2 tbsp mayonnaise, small salad & decaff w/
half & half

S: (Sometimes) a rye cracker w/ cream cheese.

D: Meat of the day and either another green salad or steamed
veggies and water.

That's it. I don't snack after dinner.
Any advice??

More butter and olive oil on what you eat on a daily basis. Mayonnaise helps too. Or, you can supplement with flax oil or other good oils.

Is too much protein bad? Does it prevent weight loss?
