Protein Bread

I've looked in all the books I've got and I've looked through the search matches.
I'm looking for a protein bread that doesn't use any part of wheat.
I have an intolerance to it and I want to experiment with making bread. Any suggestions? I found plenty of wheat ones but none without wheat. I can eat cheese so that would be ok in it.
