Thumbs up KETO OatMeal is GREAT!

Just discovered KETO Old Fashioned Oatmeal and it is damn delicious! Great for bfast or any meal.

Got it at Vitamin Shoppe.

2 Scoops are:
150 cals
4 gm fat
3 Net Carbs
9 Grams of Fiber

Seems good for a Low Carb diet or a Low Fat diet whichever you are following.

Great source of Fiber !!!

I mixed Keto oatmeal w/ 5 oz boiling water, and added little Fat Free French Vanilla Creamer and fresh diced strawberries. Filling and tastes wonderful and only 3 Net Carbs for two scoops!

Mfo,

Glad you like the Oatmeal! I am quite content to eat it everyday! I like the old fashioned and the apple is ok. I can't wait to try the banana, but the store is always sold out of it. I also am in love w/the wheat bran Viv suggested mixed w/melted cream cheese, some hot water and Atkins sugar free syrup. I swear I could live off of it! BTW, I sweeten my oatmeal w/the Atkins pancake syrup too. That way I don't have to count any carbs like I do when I use splenda packets.
