New Student of Low Carb, but not yet a practitioner
Hi, everyone! Still dipping my toe into the dieting pool. I rejected it for a long time, but have recently come around to considering it. Portions and types of food, I could control, but I have a visceral dislike of keeping diaries and records. Long-time exerciser, and want to figure out what diet would fit in best with my fitness goals. It's all laid out in my journal.
I'll be mainly lurking for a while, until I have acquainted myself with the FAQs and other resources.
