Question Watermelon By The Gram

Can anyone "describe" what 100 grams of watermelon looks
like in a bowl?

I'm not being funny! Is it a salad bowl size or a cereal bowl size, or a soup bowl size?

Thanks!

puppyrazzi, I'm not 100% sure I can help you, but I can give you a little information. 100g is about 3 oz. If you're using the carb counter tool located on this site (under Low Carb Tools at the top of every page, in orange highlight) you can change to quantity. I believe it is defaulted to 100g, but you can make it 1 cup.

But, it's one ounce by weight, not by volume.
