Confessions of a Big Chunky Cheater...
It started small, the bottom of the bun (the cheese just wouldn't come all the way off), to the big stuff - biscuits. I would always order KFC chicken fingers plain, but one time they accidentally included a biscuit. I managed to avoid it. The next time, I forgot to say "no biscuit", I ate the top piece of it. By the third time - ate the whole thing. It was my "secret". I snuck out at lunch to get my "chicken fingers", when in reality I was going for the biscuit! I would eat only LC at home and in the office (both husband and boss are lc'ing), but alone, in my car, on the way back to the office - I ate that bread as fast as I could! Of course, the carbs led to more carbs - crackers with my cheese, a side of macaroni with my dinner - until I was out of control. Luckily, I caught myself before serious damage was done. I've only gained 2 pounds, but am having to go through that carb withdrawal phase again. I now avoid KFC and instead head to Hardees. Their new LC Chicken Club is INCREDIBLE. I promise, if ever I find a biscuit in my lunch again, I will feed it to the birds in the parking lot.
