Congrats!

Take measurements! The scale doesn't tell the whole story.

Default I need to-

this week I need to buy a tape measure because I would love to know the measurement differences too. Why is that anyway? How can you be smaller but not weigh a whole lot less?

From what I understand, the reason we lose inches but not pounds (sometimes it's other way around but usually inches are easier to come off) is that your muscles were probably in real need of protein and now that you've increased the protein, the muscles are rebuilding. Muscle takes up less room than fat (hence less inches) but still weighs, so doesn't show on scale. I hope this makes sense??
