Default Tracking food question

Hello
just wondering how you keep track ofyour food intake? I use fitday.com.

Also, I printed out the CKD parameters and I thnk I understand the 5 day paraeters but why does the 5 days say 12,13,14,15 and 16?

Also, do you eat 6 times a day? Or ?

Default Calorie level

I am confused. If I weigh 175 right now, and I should eat close to 1400 calories a day. I am puzzled why the CKD Parameters show one day total cals are 2100, the next 2275, the next.2450, the next 2652 and finally 2800. I weighed 170 last week but started Body RX and quickly jumped up 5 pounds. I am going to jump ship on Body RX and do this but am lost on the parameters. Also, I wonder if that 5 pound increase is carb bloat?

Default parameters

The 12, 13, 14, 15, 16 are calorie intake levles based on calories per pound of bodyweight.

I would have someone start on the 14 cals/lb plan, then IF stalls start ... go to 13 ... then 12, but no lower than 12 cals/lb.

Hope this helps.

Probably, Chantel. Cycle 1 of BRx is a 'bulking' cycle - with carbs at 2g per lb of body weight you're bound to experience some bloating. Some is lost in Cycle 2 but the bulk of the bulk is taken care of in Cycle 3 - fat burning.
