Question This weight I lost...?

Is it all water weight? Or is some starting to be fat now?

Trust me any weight loss is good. No one can tell me that I lost 65 lbs of water weight. Not possible. Keep up the good work.

I can assure you, with 18 pounds gone, you've dropped fat.

But honestly, when I started losing weight, I was so happy I couldn't have cared less if my body was spitting out a BONE - weight's weight! Good job!

I have been in and out of ketosis several times.. and my opinion based on my experience is that the water weight is only about 6 or 8 lbs..

I can cheat and eat some trash and be 6 or 8 lbs heavier like day after tomorrow... then go back into ketosis and lose 6 or 8 lbs in like 3 days
(I do not advise doing that.)

but regardless of what my experience is..

IT IS WORKING FOR YOU GIRL!!!!
there is no doubt about that!!!
