Default I have a question.

I normally can't eat eggs, because they cause me to bloat they do something awfull to my digestive system. But if I could, I love poached eggs. If I could find a LC bread, would it hurt to have them on toast? Please help me out here.

If it were me, I'd avoid any of the lc substitutes--at least during induction. I still don't use many substitutes, and have found I don't miss the carbs hardly at all anymore. Gen adventurous with breakfast foods other than eggs if they bother you--have fun!

Hey, I've been wondering about you. Hope your doing good. It's been difficult finding you since you don't have a journal yet.

Anyways, I'd avoid even LC toast during induction.

Hope your doing great.

Hugs,
Oh and feel free to stop by my journal anytime to chat.

Take care,

I am still here and have been working out with the Bowflex. Would like to see the weather warm up, so I can get out and do some walking. I have a heart condition so I can't over do it . my heart meds keep my heart beating very slowly.

The first things for a new member to do:

1. Find the Introduce Yourself forum - use the main page by clicking on the words "Support Forum" in the orange bar which is up at the top of this page on the right. Click on "New thread" and write your own introduction. You might want to read some others before jumping in.

2. Explore the forum by reading in all the sections. Use the "Forum Jump" menu below this post.

3. Check out the "Comments Box and Technical Questions" section and read the 'sticky" at the top. It tells you how to do lots of things in the forum. Please look through things before tossing out questions.

Welcome and good luck losing.
