I want to see others meals so i can cchange my menu up some, where do I go?

Snoop through their journals! If they have a journal, there's a green button at the bottom of each of their posts.

Also, a lot of people have links to their fitday accounts at the bottom of their posts, that's a good place to look too.

The kitchen section has literally hundresd of recipes as well.
