How long have you been "stalled?" It's not a stall unless you go through 6 weeks with NO weight loss and NO inches lost.
Please be aware that most people experience a huge weight loss during the first two weeks, then nothing for a few weeks. This is very normal, and it's your body's way of just taking some time to adjust to the changes. Things will start moving again on their own, and you'll eventually settle into a pattern. Please know that stalls and plateaus along the way are very normal, and you don't need extreme measures like the fat fast or refeeds to break them. Just stick with, try not to be in a hurry, and wait it out when things aren't moving! This is a marathon, not a sprint.
I know that didn't really answer your question, but it's something all new low-carbers need to be aware of. Fat fast is a very extreme measure that Atkins says should only be used for those who cannot lose weight during Induction. That doesn't seem to apply to you. That said, many people find that they lose weight faster when they eat more fat. Try just adding butter, mayo, oil or fatty salad dressing to almost everything you eat. Increasing your fat percentage often helps.
Hang in there!
