Talking ketones aren't bad for me!!!

A few weeks ago I posted that my dr. had said ketones were causing my physical problems.

I started the zone-eating 100g of carbs a day and still have all the same symptoms.

I can now answer my own question- its not the ketones.

So far the only thing the dr.s have found wrong at all with me is that I get lowblood sugar when I exercise hard and don't eat every 4 hours, or enough calories.

Just wanted to set the record straight on the ketone thing.

(Maybe I shouldn't have even mentioned to the dr. that I was on Atkins)

hi Nancy,

I'm glad that you DID find out some reasons for your symptoms. Knowing these things is empowering, because they're factors that you have some control over. Knowledge is power

Incidents like this prove that you have to be your own advocate in health care matters.
