Question OoO

Question for those of you who are taking Oil of Oregano.....

Is it best taken in supplement, or liquid form? If y'all take the liquid form, is it palatable?

Bonus points if there are any Ontarians who know where I can find OoO

Carina8, if you check out the thread "oil of oregeno helps stalls" in this forum, its loaded with information on the benefits of OoO.

Empty veg caps are empty "capsules" that are designed so you can make your own "pills". Some people put herbs & such in them. I use them to put my dose of OoO in because from some comments I thought I wouldn't like it (its actually not bad tasting).
