Default slow weight loss

I am very slowly losing. Day 35 and only lost 12lbs. Now taking atkins essential oils and the basic 3 vitamin. Will it make a difference?

Slow and steady wins the race. You didn't put all this weight on overnight and you can't expect to just wake up with your old body back.. (Not that I wouldn't love it if that were true.) Time has to pass anyway, and isn't it better to be loosing than to be gaining or even staying the same? By Summer, you'll be ready to loose the sweaters and reveal the "new you".. Hang in there sista!

Give it some time and you'll be able to better see the "big picture".

Chrissy - I know how you feel as I've been in the same state of mind more than once on this WOE. After Christmas, when I gained a TON (10 lbs) of weight, I tried the Atkins supplements. I lost 11 lbs in one week & personally I think the supplements were part of that success..........go for it, it might jump-start you. I do agree with Ohio Kim that it is a slow, steady weight loss, however, and I've made the decision to stick with it for the long haul. We didn't gain this weight overnight & won't lose it that way either (even if we would Love to find that Magic Pill to do just that!)
Good luck and hang in there.

According Atkins, you can expect to loose 10% of your excess weight during induction, then 5% of it every month. You have already lost 33% of your excess weight. It means you are a FASTer looser than the average:-)))
