Hi there!
Why don't you post exactly what you have been eating. Every crumb or drip of liquid that goes in your mouth, that way it will be easy to see what the problem might be.
Some problems are:
- eating low carb bars or other 'sugar free' or low carb goodies that can actually lead to stalls
- not eating enough and putting body in starvation mode
- other factors which are hard to tell unless you list what you are eating.
