Default Bread Machine Recipes

:wave Hi all,
Does anyone have any bread machine recipes that are lega for Sugar Busters. I really miss the smell of fresh bread baking. When I try to use the whole wheat four and adapt my old recipes, it just doesn't come out right. I bought some wheat gluten, so maybe that will be the trick. But I thought before I waste all that expensive whole wheat flour, I would see if anyone had some recipes. Thanks so much!

Default Hello Marybee

I posted an abm ww bread recipe in our SB recipe section for you.

I haven't tried it as I don't have a bread machine. I have really been tempted to get one but I'm almost afraid to have all that fresh baked bread around. LOL!

A friend told me that she lets her whole grain breads go thru the rise cycle twice in order to get them to rise better. Maybe that will help.

molly

ps ---I apologise for taking so long to respond. I am working 60 hour weeks these days and running a tad behind on my posts.
