Beth, I am sorry you are feeling bad.

You didn't mention how much water or food you are eating. Are you drinking 64 oz of water plus 8oz for every 25 pounds you want to lose? Are you eating at least 10 to 12 times your body weight in calories? Last of all are you taking vitamins/mineral supplements?

Without knowing what you are consuming it is a bit hard for any of us to make suggestions.

Hope you feel better real soon.

Hi Beth

Some of those symptoms you mention, foggy head, for example are a common problem in the first week of Atkins. This is due to the detox effect that your body is experiencing. As agonycat has suggested, make sure that you are drinking enough water and if you feel hungry, then eat - meat, fish, cheese, any protein.

Glad your sugar levels are better. Keep thinking about the plus points, in the next day or so, all those other symptoms will have gone and you will be seeing more plus points.

Keep the faith.
