Default Milkless Chocolate Pudding

I used 2 cups of boiling water and 4 ozs of cream cheese and 1 packet of sugar free instant chocolate pudding whirled in a blender for a very creditable pudding. I had been craving " comfort homemade pudding" which I eat hot with melted butter on top, and this hit the spot as I ate some before it cooled. Was good after it cooled as well, a bit soft set, but still good without the carbs of milk.

mix shows 8grams of carbs per serving (dry) plus 1 gram for the cream cheeses (assuming 4 servings) so a total of 9g per serving.

Sounds yummy, does the cream cheese leave a sour after taste??? Do you still addd butter on top?? Can't wait to try it.

Thanks for sharing, Anita
