Hi I am going shopping tomorrow and would like to know where i can buy some aktins, keto, carbolight, flax o meal products from are they from supermarkets or heath food shops. Can you suggest any other low carb products to purchase.

I have a couple of suggestions, and then I'm going to move your post/question into the AUSTRALIA support forum, where you might get some really good answers to your question.

Firstly, do have a look in the Low-Carb Yellow Pages link, on the upper right of your screen, and see if any of your fellow Ozzies have submitted store and product info for Australia!

Second, have a look around in the Products forum for recommendations on specific products, there's lots of conversation and reviews here already. At the top of the Product forum are reviews that STAY, they are 'sticky' for quick access. There's also a 'sticky' collection of OTHER websites with product reviews. VERY helpful... just have to look at the subject lines and read.

You can buy Atkins products now from GNC Livewell stores (Health Food chain). They are expensive, but they do have muffin mixes, pancake mixes, bake mixes, shakes and the Atkins advantage bars.

I would love to know if other brands you mention are available anywhere in Australia.
