LOL, I do love this site! I've got to really doing some exploring here.
Well, it's been tough, mainly because of work, the lunchroom, candy sales, cookies, I guess I should tell you that I'm an elementary school librarian, a job I love, but don't think for a moment it's free of temptation, we don't have time to go anywhere, so it's the lunchroom. I've lost 3 lbs, it was 4, but nope, back to 3 this morning. I remember the hardest part now, that would be breakfast, eggs get boring. Has anybody tried that 2 gram cereal yet?
Well, it's not coming off like my 20s, but I have faith in Atkins, I'll get there. I probably would've lost more, but I really missed all the good fat stuff, and probably over-indulged the first few days, I'm not as bad now. should start losing more.
I've takin a real liking to those buffalo wings, dipped in ranch dressing, they have 2 carbs and oh, are they good! Also, I love spice the hotter the better, so I got some of the chinese chili sauce~ 1 carb, to put on my cheese strips or the wings sometimes, hope that's not slowing me down.
Well I'm hanging in there, I catch alot of flack at work, Atkins isn't healthy, blah blah, I know better, his diet works, so guess I'll have to prove it to them
