Cool Clear American sparkling water from WalMart

I love this stuff, and drink about 3 liters of it a day - maybe more. It's got citric acid in it, which stalls some folks, but it seems like I'm taking it OK. I'm losing!

I get mine at WalMart for 58 cents a liter. That's cheaper than some spring waters. And it comes in flavors such as black cherry, key lime, raspberry, and peach. No carbs. Flavored with aspartame.

Is anyone else hooked on these?

Thumbs up Clearly American (flavored water)

I enjoy these drinks also. Better than soda. I limit myself to l a day. They really do seem too good to be true!

Hooked might be the right word... watch out for the aspartame, it can trigger cravings and stalls. If you're ok with it now, fine, just keep it in mind if you find things slowing down.

Exclamation A much better choice

Marble, since you're on Atkins, you certainly know that he advises against aspartame which may a much bigger staller than citric acid. True sparkling waters —a.k.a "club soda"— are actually unsweetened and some are discreetly flavored (lemon, lime, etc.) In my opinion, this would be a much better choice…
