Crackslaw
I love crackslaw and it's helped me lose a ton of weight Basically it's a mixture of ground meat, shredded cabbage and/or carrot and Asian spices. It's really addictive and great if you like Asian food.
There are various recipes for it at http://www.crackslaw.com and you can fiddle with the recipes to make your own version. I like it with ground chicken for a lighter flavor or with imitation crab for a fishy result but it's good with beef too. Less than 5 net carbs per portion and it's yummy!
