Default New to the Board

I'm not new to lowcarbing but I am new to this board. I am 22 years old college student. I have tried this on and off and I'm back at it. I found this board and decided it might help out. I have 59lbs to lose. Seems like a lot, very discouraging, but there is no going back! So hello everyone.

Hello!

Just wanted to welcome you to the site! You're sure to find lots of information and tons of support here!

I would recommend starting a journal and then others can communicate back and forth with you easier! It's really helpful and let others check in on you and see how you are doing. It's a great way to track your low carb journey too.

I wish you good luck and feel free to drop over to my journal, if you need some support. I really enjoy making friends here!

Debbie

wellcome, you came to the right place, just think you could lose it all in less time than you think. if you want to. i stayed in induction for most of my loss. never had any problems, felt great, this is the best thing i ever done for me! i lost over 40 pounds since dec 3, o3
i got the abs thing going on and musles cutting up,
went from about a 40 in the waist to a 34 no love handles. remember the cleaner you keep your induction
the better it will work, such as; no lc junk foods, bars, shakes breads ice creams. most of your carbs need to come from vegs.. drink tons of water!!
proud for ya, you can do this thing it aint hard, and you will love the results!
