Wink Exercise like the celebs do

I started training this way 1 year ago. It's tuff to stick with, but in 2 tuff workouts a week, in only 10 sessions, you will notice a change. I did! Adding cardio on your off days as well as yoga will only enhance results.

Who has time to work out 6 days a week? I want to live life a little if you ask me. If you research it further on the web you will notice it is boobing in the weight lifting dept. Just like low carb is in the diet dept!

Default BUMP!

I am bumping this thread because if you haven't read the article, it is pretty interesting. I would love to see the buff elderly women he helped when developing this program!

Thanks for this link Lisa, I've printed it off and I will consider this type of exercise. I really need to build muscles and what I'm doing isn't working really well.
