Default Success Stories

I live in an active adult community. I started low carbing on 5/27/03. I haven't weighed in a while but last time I did I had lost 18 pounds. I am down 2 sizes. I am extremely happing with low carbing as it is the first "food plan" that I have tried where I am in control of what I eat rather than the other way around. I have found this plan very easy to follow with only rare occasions when I want something off plan.

Many folks are low carbing in my community. I told one friend about the plan because she was eating lightly, exercising a lot and losing nothing. She is not overweight, she had just gained a few pounds that made her clothing fit poorly. Low carbing she has lost 8 pounds and is very happy.

This friend talked to another friend who has been on WW for about 2 years. She was near goal but hadn't lost anything for 6 months. She decided to try low carb and it was a struggle because it is so different from WW but she is now at her goal. Low carbing took off that last 5 pounds.

Another friend actually lost too much and had to add carbs back to her diet. Now she alternates low carb days with high carb days and her weight is stable where she wants it.

Different things work for different folks but when this works it is truly amazing. You get to eat and still lose.
