Rosinar, I've done exactly what you've done (worse, or more successfully, depending on the way you look at it, since I'm 100 pounds heavier than you!). I would start a diet for two days, cheat, or eat too much, and drop out, start again a week later, etc.
I second the advice you've already gotten. Stick with induction for 14 days. Eat as much of the allowed foods as you want AND drink the water. See that it will work. Just doing this for 14 days will make you feel you can be successful (and you will be successful) and calm things down.
If I might suggest what worked for me, take a day to plan. Read the book, make a list of foods you really like. Write down a few breakfasts, a few lunches, a few dinners. Then go shopping and cooking, if necessary.
Once you get the 2 weeks under your belt, that belt will be tighter, you'll feel better, and some of the other issues you're dealing with may well calm down.
Good luck -- oh, and read through some of the Journals here to see how other people are coping, and steal some of their menu ideas
